Managing Assignments

Add Assignments

  1. Navigate to a Content Area from either
    -- the Control Panel> Content Areas, OR
    -- from within a Content Area with the Edit View link selected.
  2. Find the drop-down menu from the Add content type at the upper right of the page.
  3. Select Assignment from the drop-down menu.
  4. Click Go. Once in the Assignment page complete the following information:

Clear An Assignment Attempt




1. Name assignment and enter points possible

  • Enter a name for the assignment.
  • Enter points possible.
  • Enter a due date
  • Enter instructions for the assignment.
  • If desired, select a color for the assignment name.

 

2. Attach files to the assignment (if desire)

  • Click “Browse”.
  • Locate and select the file on your local machine.
  • Entering the name of the link to the file.

 

3. Select assignment (if desire)

  • Make the assignment visible.
  • Track the number of views.
  • Select availability dates.

4. Select Submit.

The assignment will now be automatically added to the Grade Center
